The Role You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC and mechanical plant across a varied portfolio of commercial sites throughout the Midlands, Yorkshire and Oxfordshire regions. The ideal candidate will hold Commercial Gas qualifications and either possess F:Gas certification or have strong air conditioning knowledge and a genuine desire to develop further within HVAC. • Plant room equipment
• Gas:fired heating systems
• Warm air heaters
• Water heaters
• Direct and indirect fired appliances
• Pressurisation units
• Expansion vessels
• Pumps, valves and pipework systems
• Heating distribution systems
• District heating equipment
• Controls and BMS interfaces

HVAC and Air Conditioning Equipment

• Split systems
• Multi:split systems
• VRV / VRF systems
• Air handling units (AHUs)
• Fan coil units (FCUs)
• Heat pumps
• Comfort cooling equipment
• Ventilation systems
• Refrigeration and cooling plant
• Chillers (desirable)

What Were Looking For

• ACS Commercial Gas qualifications
• Experience working on commercial heating systems and plant rooms
• Strong fault:finding and diagnostic abilities
• Air conditioning experience desirable
• F:Gas certification preferred but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Professional and customer:focused approach
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to develop and progress within a growing organisation
