Operations Supervisor

One of Glasgow's most well:loved Fishmongers is looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor to join the team and learn the ropes alongside the current Operations Manager. You will be working 45 hours per week, Tuesday:Saturday, with shifts starting at midnight. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a leadership role, with full support, coaching and guidance. As Operations Supervisor, you will play a hands:on part in the daily running of the business : supporting customer service, sales, logistics and warehouse operations. What We're Looking For In An Operations Supervisor : Someone eager to grow into a supervisory role : Great communication and organisational skills : A team player who can stay calm and focused under pressure : Experience in the food or fish industry is helpful but not essential : A proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job In return, you will receive a salary starting at GBP 33,000 per annum.
