The business is in an exciting growth phase—launching new service lines and expanding its footprint—and this role offers the chance to shape how those new capabilities are positioned in the market, both externally and internally.
As Head of Communications, you’ll play a key role in telling the company’s story with purpose and clarity. You’ll lead on media, PR, and investor relations, while also connecting internal audiences to the business’s vision and strategy. From managing a PR agency and a direct report to working closely with the HR and leadership teams, your remit will be broad, strategic, and deeply influential.
You’ll be the driving force behind multi-channel campaigns, and bring a confident, creative approach to media relations—nurturing key contacts, coaching spokespeople, and ensuring the brand voice cuts through. Internally, you’ll champion clear, consistent messaging that aligns teams and boosts engagement.
We’re looking for a seasoned communications leader with experience across both internal and external comms in complex, regulated B2B or B2B2C environments—ideally professional or financial services. Someone who knows how to navigate senior stakeholders, manage agency partners, and deliver communications that have real strategic impact.
