About Upmost Group:

At Upmost Group, we bring brands to life through intelligent, face-to-face marketing. We specialise in high-value, technical, and contract sales—areas where traditional advertising often falls short. Our team is driven by genuine human connection, delivering tailored solutions exactly where they have the greatest impact.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking ambitious individuals to join our growing sales team. As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in engaging customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalised solutions that build trust, increase revenue, and encourage long-term loyalty. You’ll represent leading brands as a trusted advisor, helping create exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will be confident in developing key accounts and spotting opportunities to maximise revenue while enhancing client satisfaction. You’ll operate as a strategic consultant, creating account plans that unlock meaningful value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive sales and long-term retention

• Develop and implement territory strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Represent client brands confidently through in-person demonstrations, consultations, and needs-based discussions

• Track activity, gather customer insights, and monitor key performance metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or business development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities

• Comfortable in face-to-face sales environments and adaptable to diverse customer profiles

• Results-driven with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Desirable (Bonus Points):• Experience in technical, high-ticket, or subscription-based sales

• Proven success in KPI-driven environments

Why Join Upmost Group?

• Join a fast-growing company offering hands-on training and ongoing support

• Clear progression opportunities within sales and marketing

• Be part of a team that values ambition, creativity, and performance

  • • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
