  • Drive new feature development for partner integrations and enhancements.
  • Engage with 3rd party integration and SaaS providers, managing relationships, contracts, and solution delivery.
  • Work closely with UX, data, legal, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality integrations.

  • Experience leading and developing small cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, UX/UI principles, and customer journey design.
  • Experience with Office 365, AHA, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Dynatrace, GA4, Figma.
  • Knowledge of advanced technologies such as AI, ML, recommendation engines, and data-driven personalisation is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant digital, management, or technical degree.
  • Product management experience – minimum 3–4 years.

  • E-commerce or retail experience preferred.
