Senior Supply Chain ManagerWhat you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and developing a team of supply chain professionals, subcontractors, and managers to deliver a complex, long-term programme
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of critical suppliers and coordinating activity across multiple live contracts
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful programme outcomes
  • Negotiating and managing supplier contracts in line with industry best practice and regulatory requirements
  • Developing and implementing robust contract management strategies and plans
  • Owning supplier performance, including tracking, reporting, and driving improvements across key metrics

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience working on large-scale programmes or major subcontracting projects, including commercial contract negotiation
  • Strong background in supply chain management, particularly contract strategy, negotiation, and delivery
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a positive and inclusive culture
  • MCIPS (or equivalent) professional qualification
