Job Description Location: Could be based out of either of these locations - Campsie, NI | Burnfoot, Ireland (5 days onsite) The Project Manager will support Operations in the governance and delivery of CAPEX and productivity improvement projects. The position focuses on project initiation, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives and contribute to business performance. Responsibilities
- Lead and support the initiation, planning, and delivery of CAPEX and productivity improvement projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Track budgets and control costs, ensuring transparency and accountability for project spend.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective project governance, documentation, and adherence to internal processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
Essential Criteria
- 3-5 years experience within Project Management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and competing priorities effectively.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Background in Manufacturing or Engineering is beneficial, though not essential.
- Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering CAPEX or operational improvement projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
