W Hotel’s work culture is uniquely designed to spark your imagination and curiosity while bringing the W experience to life for guests.About The Role Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Executive will provide support to the Sales management team to ensure the team achieves its revenue goals while delivering 5-star service to our guests. This is a pro-active role, meaning you will play an active part in finding and securing new business. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, a great communicator and driven! As Sales Executive, key aspects of your role will include:

  • Proactively establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospective clients
  • Schedule and attend sales calls and networking events to meet prospective clients
  • Establish and maintain a database of clients
  • Communicate with guests via email, telephone and in-person
  • Conduct hotel show rounds with prospective and current clients
  • Liaise with Revenue to obtain bedroom rate quotes
  • Liaise with the operational beverage and food teams to ensure guest requests are met

Our ideal Sales Executive is someone who has:

  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience working in the five-star, luxury hotel and/or events market
  • At least two years' experience working within a Sales environment within a hotel or hospitality-related company
  • A positive mindset
  • A genuine passion for their role
