Are you ready to take the next step in your career by providing high-level administrative support to our CFO and Sales Director? We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates remarkable attention to detail. If you’re passionate about making a difference and ensuring smooth operations, you might be the perfect fit for our team! What You’ll Do: As our Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner, enabling our executives to focus on strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary & Inbox Management:
  • Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and events.
  • Organise email inbox and manage executive “to-do” lists, flagging urgent actions.
  • Meeting Coordination:
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings.
  • Capture minutes and track action items to ensure follow-up.
  • Communication Management:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CFO and Sales Director.
  • Travel & Logistics:
  • Organise all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Document & Data Handling:
  • Prepare reports and presentations while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Project Support:
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, research, data analysis, and coordination across departments.
  • Help coordinate team social events and meetings.
  • Expense Management:
  • Process expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an aptitude for prioritising effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably with exposure to finance and sales functions.
