Andrew Lincoln's Thrilling Return: Uncover the Secrets of Coldwater and His Career Journey

Andrew Lincoln Stars in New ITV Thriller Coldwater
Andrew Lincoln makes his comeback to television this weekend in a spine-tingling new ITV thriller, Coldwater. The gripping drama centers on a man grappling with his haunting past when it resurfaces to torment him.
Plot and Cast Details
The Walking Dead star takes on the role of John, appearing alongside Indira Varma, Eve Myles, and Ewen Bremner. After relocating his family to the peaceful countryside of Coldwater (a fictional Scottish village) to escape London following a brutal encounter and personal turmoil, John becomes bitter about his restrictive existence as a middle-aged house husband. His hidden fury is poised to destroy everything he holds dear.

Fresh troubles emerge when he strikes up a friendship with neighboring resident Tommy (Ewen Bremner), an apparently charming man and loving spouse to local minister Rebecca (Eve Myles). This leads John into the heart of a string of disturbing incidents as he becomes ensnared in Tommy's trap.
When John's long-suppressed anger finally explodes with catastrophic consequences, he quickly becomes beholden to Tommy, whose own shocking secrets start to surface. The official description hints: "This is the story of a normal man, in a normal marriage, who finds himself in a far from normal situation. A man who discovers a newfound sense of his own power, right at the moment he falls under the influence of someone incredibly dangerous."
