That positivity often comes from taking care of both your physical and mental wellbeing." She added, "Let's Move! Week is about helping young people build confidence and motivation through simple, achievable activities, so they feel more resilient, focused, and positive about their next steps."

Coun Alan Amos, Worcestershire County Council’s cabinet member for business and skills, encouraged participation: "Let's Move! Week is an opportunity for young people to take responsibility for their wellbeing. Confidence and positive habits don't happen by chance; they are built through motivation and support.
