About the Team: The Senior Lead, Strategy & Transformation (S&T) role is pivotal in leading high-impact consulting engagements that drive transformative change and deliver measurable value for Medidata customers. This position combines deep domain expertise with consulting best practices and the strategic application of Medidata’s technology to ensure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Commercial and Strategy teams to shape client-specific solution proposals.
• Translate client challenges into structured consulting approaches.
• Lead and deliver strategic consulting engagements from initiation through completion.
• Develop current state diagnostics, process maps, and value-based future state recommendations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, including managing complex consulting engagements.
• Proven track record in life sciences consulting, clinical research operations, or digital transformation.
• Expertise in continuous improvement frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma.
• Advanced facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Master's degree in a related field and PMP Certification are preferred.
