• Among those with a scheme, 73% offer permanent roles to apprenticeship graduates, making these programs a valuable recruitment strategy.
• 85% believe apprenticeships foster loyalty between participants and their organizations.
• 78% reported that participants often progress to long-term careers within their companies.

Management Support and Government Incentives

• 87% of senior managers support apprenticeship schemes for creating pathways for diverse talent.
• 74% cited the Apprenticeship Levy as a crucial incentive for funding training costs.

Challenges for Non-Participants

Among firms without an apprenticeship scheme:

• 15% lack knowledge on how to utilize the Apprenticeship Levy.
• 11% are unsure how to set up such a scheme, and 19% do not see its value.
