The Role
We're looking for an experienced Remote Appointment Setter to work inbound leads and book qualified sales calls. You'll be the first voice prospects hear - so speed, energy, and professionalism matter.
This is not a beginner role. If you understand speed to lead, follow up cadences, and how to control a sales conversation, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Call and text inbound leads quickly and consistently
- Book qualified appointments directly into client calendars
- Work US Eastern Time hours
- Use GoHighLevel (GHL) as your daily CRM
What We're Looking For
- Prior appointment setting, SDR, or telemarketing experience
- Fluent, clear English
- Comfortable on camera (short video required as part of the application)
- KPI driven and performance focused
Compensation
$1,500 – $3,500+ USD/month (performance-based OTE with clear upside as volume increases)
Growth Path
- Take on additional client accounts as you prove results
- Move into senior or lead setter responsibilities as we scale
