Project Manager Construction

ACR are working with a multi-award winning residential business who are on the lookout for a Project Manager manager to work on either a permanent or temproary to permanent posistion on a large scale new build/refurbishment in South London. As a Project Manager you will support the Project Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites. What is required from you:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience working on a heritage refurbishment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
• Available to start immediately
• Hold in date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates
