Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Site Manager located in Manchester. The MEP Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects. Responsibilities include managing site activities, coordinating between various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining project schedules. The MEP Site Manager is expected to work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) management
• Understanding of construction project management and site supervision
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is a plus
