Salary: £41,000.00

Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill, Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday

The goal of the Business Performance Analyst within Arvato is to deliver high quality performance reporting and analysis that drives decision-making, partnering with teams across the business to turn data into insight, while growing technical skills and commercial understanding within a high-performing analytics function.

Your Tasks:

Produce regular, clear performance reports and dashboards that support

senior stakeholder decision making.

Deliver analysis that enables a deeper understanding of performance and

highlights opportunities for improvement.

Utilise Power BI and other analytics tools to build scalable, high quality

reporting solutions aligned with key business priorities.

Strategically partner the wider organisation, turning data into valuable

insights that increase transparency and drive accountability.

Engage with key stakeholders on analytics products, from initiation and

design through to build, testing, rollout and continuous improvement,

ensuring solutions meet real world business needs.

Support the development of a data driven culture across the business

through effective communication and collaboration.

Act as a trusted advisor within the business, bridging the gap between raw

data and actionable information.

Your Profile:

Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard design, data preparation and modelling, plus advanced DAX.

Ability to gather, understand and translate business requirements and explain data simply to non-technical stakeholders.

Understanding of key financial and operational drivers of business performance.

Proven ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Experience with SAP is beneficial

Analytical mindset with attention to detail
