Role Description

As an Invoice Checker, your primary responsibilities will include verifying and processing invoices, ensuring the accuracy of billing details, and maintaining organized financial records. You will review invoices for discrepancies, facilitate communication with stakeholders to resolve billing issues, and support the accounting team in ensuring smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Billing Processes and Invoicing
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
- Effective Communication skills for liaising with stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., invoicing or accounting software) is an advantage
- Experience in a similar role and familiarity with government administration processes is beneficial
