Medical Device Territory Sales Manager - South West Territory UK

C&C Life Sciences is partnering with a leading medical device company specialising in innovative solutions within the Medical Capital Equipment space. The organisation has a strong international footprint and a long standing reputation for delivering high quality, single use products that support better patient outcomes across global healthcare systems.

Territory Sales Manager (Southwest UK)

This is a full time, field based position covering the Southwest region. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will lead commercial activity across your territory, developing strong relationships with clinicians, theatre teams, and key decision makers across NHS and private hospitals.

You will identify and convert new business opportunities, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and provide hands on clinical training to support product adoption. Working closely with internal teams, you will contribute to territory strategy while maintaining full autonomy in managing your regional pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance across the Southwest UK territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders, including clinicians and procurement teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and clinical training
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of product portfolio and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams on tenders, marketing activities, and sales strategy
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven sales experience within the medical device or medical capital equipment sector
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Experience providing clinical training or theatre based demonstrations
  • Ability to work independently and manage a field based territory effectively
  • Strategic mindset with experience executing territory business plans
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or equivalent professional background
  • Willingness to travel across the Southwest region
