Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generator role based in Harrogate. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for the company. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, engaging with prospects via phone calls and emails, maintaining accurate records of leads, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are effectively converted. The individual will also build strong relationships with prospective customers and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients through phone and email interactions.
  • Proficiency in research and lead generation techniques, including identifying potential business opportunities and maintaining detailed lead pipelines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet targets effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support sales initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools is advantageous.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience in the energy or consultancy sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Harrogate.
