We’re growing our Permanent Aerospace & Defence division, and we’re looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us at our Salford headquarters.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the UK’s leading Aerospace & Defence recruitment team, supported by a trusted brand, loyal client base, and advanced CRM powered by AI. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your own desk while benefiting from the backing of an established market leader.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients across the Aerospace & Defence sector
  • Driving business growth through strategic business development and account management
  • Staying on top of market trends and sector developments to add genuine value to your network
  • Partnering closely with clients and candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience
  • Collaborating across teams and championing our SPIRIT values in everything you do

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience (ideally within a permanent technical market such as IT, Engineering, or Defence but we are flexible on sector for the right person)
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive in approach
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of your market and its key players
  • A confident communicator who values professionalism, integrity, and collaboration
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement
  • A genuine advocate for niche recruitment and brand representation
