We are looking for a passionate and driven Warehouse First Line Manager to join our operations team. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing a team of warehouse colleagues, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and a strong culture of safety and engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse supervisor or team leader looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced logistics environment.
✅what You'll Do
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets
- Drive a culture of health, safety and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with all site procedures and legislation
- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, quality and service KPIs are achieved
- Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, training and regular feedback
- Conduct performance reviews, absence management and return-to-work discussion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operational performance
- Manage resources effectively to meet changing customer demands and business requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
- Experience leading, coaching and developing teams
- Strong people management and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
