Human Resources Business Partner

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in London for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing employee relations, developing HR policies and procedures, facilitating training and development programs, and assisting in talent acquisition. Additionally, the role includes providing HR support and guidance to management and employees, handling performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Proficiency in facilitating training and development programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic team environment
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
