our client is looking for a Business Account Coordinator to join their growing team covering the South East of England. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional who is approachable, organised and proactive, and ready to take ownership of their development.
You’ll support experienced Business Account Managers while gaining hands-on exposure to major clients. From day one, you’ll be building relationships, coordinating key accounts and contributing to business growth, all while developing the skills needed to progress into a Key Account Manager position.
This is a fast-paced, varied role with genuine long-term progression for the right individual.
The position is home and field based, combining remote working with customer visits across the South East, giving you autonomy, flexibility and real client interaction.

Responsibilities of a Business Account Coordinator:
- Supporting Account Managers in the day-to-day management of key customer accounts
- Helping ensure exceptional customer service delivery across all interactions
- Building strong working relationships with customer contacts
- Assisting in identifying opportunities to grow revenue within the existing customer base
- Coordinating multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met
Requirements of a Business Account Coordinator:
- Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels including architects, project managers, buyers and senior leadership teams
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Positive and calm under pressure
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- A genuine ambition to build a career in account management
- A full UK driving licence is essential and willing to travel throughout the South East to see customers
