Head of Performance Marketing
Job Description
Posted on: December 5, 2025
Our client is a trusted and highly respected brand recognised for its strong reputation, loyal customer base and long-standing market leadership. As the organisation enters an ambitious new phase of growth, they are seeking a senior performance marketing leader to build and run one of the most strategically important growth engines in the business.
This mandate sits at the centre of the company’s growth agenda, carrying full accountability for revenue delivery, marketing efficiency and measurable ROI. It is a pivotal leadership role with complete ownership of the firm’s performance marketing strategy, overseeing and developing a high-calibre team and managing the majority of the marketing investment.
The remit spans all core acquisition channels — PPC, SEO, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliates and app-store activity — and demands a leader who is both strategically sharp and operationally hands-on. Deep expertise in digital tactics, customer acquisition and data analytics is essential.
The role carries significant senior influence and requires the gravitas to shape thinking across the organisation. The successful candidate will champion a data-first mindset and elevate how performance marketing drives commercial outcomes, playing a defining role in the firm’s overall approach to acquisition, effectiveness and long-term growth.
Marketing is now recognised as a primary lever for the company’s next phase, and significant investment is being directed behind it. The package on offer is highly competitive, with strong financial upside.
This is a hybrid role with two days in the week required in South West England.
