Join Our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking
As a Marketing Director, you will create and implement innovative category strategies grounded in deep consumer and category insights. Your approach will be data-driven and digitally integrated to ensure profitable business growth beyond brand expansion.
How You Will Contribute
You will lead and implement brand strategies across iconic brands, keeping the consumer at the core of all activities. In your pursuit to drive genuine category growth, you will work across multiple time horizons, generating insights, strategies, and best practices. Additionally, you will spearhead select growth platforms and strategic initiatives, deliver consumer-led innovation programs, and ultimately achieve brand excellence across all consumer touchpoints.
In this role, you will have full responsibility for:
- Strategic planning and portfolio management
- Development and execution of the annual financial plan
- Integrated marketing communications, from equity to activation
- Media planning
- Trade marketing spend
- Price strategy implementation
- Change management
- Innovation and end-to-market processes
The role also involves participation in the UK Marketing Leadership Team, engaging in broader functional work focusing on key cultural pillars. Additionally, it includes leading commercial planning processes on the UK Commercial Leadership Team.
What You Will Bring
A desire to drive change within the organization and accelerate your career, alongside the following experience and knowledge:
- Cross-functional, cross-geography program/project leadership, and effective stakeholder management
- Leadership and influencing skills, particularly effective collaboration across the organization, including at the executive level
- Understanding of end-to-end business models and their impact on specific profit and loss lines
- Strong experience in commercial roles, with a focus on marketing and category leadership in a matrix environment
- Proven track record of developing high-performing cross-functional teams
- Experience in creating, developing, and executing brand strategy
- Experience in developing and executing brand equity and activation campaigns
- Experience in seasonal marketing or commercial roles
- Proficiency in growth modeling tools, consumer demand spaces, market and competitive analytics, and financial reporting tools
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and presentational.
