A multi-faceted venue in the heart of the city centre, offering elegant wedding and banquet suites along with comfortable guest bedrooms.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for fantastic individuals to look after our guests.
The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in similar roles who is extremely communicative and genuinely cares about the guest’s experience.
We believe that you should have the following skills:
- The ability to use reservation systems and IT software
- Have exceptional customer service
- Good communication & organisation skills
- A positive attitude
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in receptionist roles for hotels, function venues, and or bars/restaurants
As Receptionist, you are the face of the business and you will help us with the following:
- Build strong relationships with our regular and new guests
- Welcoming guests and directing them to where they need to be
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Liaise with all departments in regards to events, meetings & reservations
- Able to redirect calls to various departments and locations
- Receive and organise post
- Good knowledge of our facilities
- Generate reports
- Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable
