The Opportunity
An established UK-based organisation operating within a regulated services environment is seeking a Team Leader to support the delivery of high-quality customer and operational outcomes.
This role focuses on people leadership, operational performance, and service consistency within a structured team environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading a team of operational colleagues, ensuring day-to-day activity is delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with agreed service standards.
This position suits a team leader who enjoys developing people, maintaining operational discipline, and contributing to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Line management of an operational team (circa 10–12 staff)
- Day-to-day oversight of workflow, quality, and productivity
- Performance management, coaching, and development of team members
- Resource planning and support with recruitment activity
- Maintaining strong communication and engagement across the team
- Supporting reporting and operational insight where required
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience leading teams in an operational or service-led environment. You will lead a team of 10 to 12 operational staff
- Strong communication and leadership capability
- Comfortable managing performance and quality standards
- High attention to detail
- Experience within regulated industries advantageous but not essential
