Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

The Opportunity

An established UK-based organisation operating within a regulated services environment is seeking a Team Leader to support the delivery of high-quality customer and operational outcomes.

This role focuses on people leadership, operational performance, and service consistency within a structured team environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of operational colleagues, ensuring day-to-day activity is delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with agreed service standards.

This position suits a team leader who enjoys developing people, maintaining operational discipline, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Line management of an operational team (circa 10–12 staff)
• Day-to-day oversight of workflow, quality, and productivity
• Performance management, coaching, and development of team members
• Resource planning and support with recruitment activity
• Maintaining strong communication and engagement across the team
• Supporting reporting and operational insight where required

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience leading teams in an operational or service-led environment. You will lead a team of 10 to 12 operational staff
• Strong communication and leadership capability
• Comfortable managing performance and quality standards
• High attention to detail
• Experience within regulated industries advantageous but not essential
