Role Overview:We are seeking a full-time National Account Manager to join our team on-site at our headquarters in Coventry and play a key role in developing and growing long-term client relationships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your portfolio, ensuring world-class service, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver measurable outcomes for clients and Murray Uniforms. The ideal candidate will also ensure compliance with company policies and support long-term client objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Own proactive communication and actions across your assigned accounts.
- Resolve high-impact or escalated client queries with urgency and empathy.
- Partner with internal teams (Design, Supply Chain, Operations) to support product innovation and client delivery.
- Identify and develop opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and referrals.
- Lead structured client reviews and provide meaningful performance insights.
- Monitor account performance, trends, and client updates to inform future activity.
- Support continuous improvement in client experience through feedback and collaboration.
Person specification:
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure, be proactive and on your own initiative.
- Strong relationship builder who can engage confidently at all levels of a client organisation.
- Commercially intelligent with the ability to balance client outcomes and business goals.
- A proactive communicator who brings energy, ownership, and professionalism to every interaction.
