nexos have a requirement for an experienced Quality Advisor to join the team in Aberdeen on a permanent basis.

As Quality Advisor you will be responsible for implementing compliance and continual improvement activities.

Your regular duties will include:

  • Ensuring management systems and procedures are defined and effectively implemented across the business unit.
  • In conjunction with quality and senior management, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Business Management System through planned audit and review activities.
  • Undertaking key supplier audits.
  • In conjunction with function heads, identify and implement fit for purpose processes and procedures.
  • Providing specific input into tenders and proposals as required.
  • Monitoring performance of departments and, where appropriate, seeking feedback from customers to ensure ongoing organisational learning.
  • Regular liaison with customer focal points and attendance at key meetings.
  • Contributing to periodic risk reviews and developing strategies that mitigate exposure to both internal and external risks.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of industry codes and standards.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Qualification by recognised industry body.
  • Experience in Root Cause Analysis investigation.
