These rewarding roles will play a key part in delivering dedicated, person-centred support for patients throughout their cancer journey. Working closely with our Clinical Nurse Specialists and wider multidisciplinary teams, successful candidates will help ensure patients receive timely, coordinated care and treatment in line with national standards and targets.
As a SPOC Navigator, you will become a trusted point of contact for patients and their families, providing guidance, answering queries about investigations and appointments, signposting to appropriate support services, and working collaboratively with cancer tracking and MDT teams to enhance the patient experience.
You will join an established and supportive team of navigators and support workers at an exciting time of service development and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to help shape new ways of working, contribute to service redesign, and make a meaningful difference to the delivery of high-quality cancer care across NHS Grampian.
