Peloton Partners delivers face-to-face marketing campaigns on behalf of established UK organisations. Our work focuses on direct customer engagement and in-person brand representation, providing practical marketing experience beyond digital channels.

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Leith-based team in an Entry Level Marketing role, delivering live campaigns and building real-world skills in customer engagement, campaign delivery, and brand representation.

About the Role

You will represent recognised brands in face-to-face environments, engaging customers through professional conversations and supporting campaign execution and reporting. This is hands-on, interactive work that develops confidence, communication, and marketing skills.

The role is fast-paced and varied, ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in dynamic environments, and want visible results from their effort.

Candidate Profile

No prior marketing experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are:

• Confident communicating face-to-face
• Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Open to coaching and professional development
• Comfortable working in public-facing environments

Candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, or sport may find this role particularly suitable. Attitude and professionalism are prioritised over prior experience.
