What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager at PFM, you’ll be the driving force behind the full lifecycle of multiple infrastructure and security-focused projects.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution

Define scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Manage schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CDM, NSi).

• Technical Leadership

Oversee deployment and integration of systems such as IP-based CCTV, access control, alarms, network firewalls, and cloud-based solutions.

• Client & Team Coordination

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, security engineers, and internal teams. Lead regular updates, risk assessments, and vendor oversight.

• System Integration & QA

Ensure seamless integration and configuration of hardware/software, conduct testing, and drive quality assurance standards.

• Budget Management & Reporting

Monitor project costs, track KPIs (uptime, incident response, audits), and deliver detailed project documentation including risk logs and O&M manuals.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced in Project Management

Demonstrable success managing technical/security projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. PRINCE2 or similar certifications are a plus.

• Technical Know-How

Solid understanding of CCTV, access control, networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls), and security compliance frameworks. Experience with platforms like Motorola Solutions is desirable.

• Exceptional Communicator

You’re confident leading meetings, managing stakeholders, and resolving challenges with a collaborative spirit.
