• The role will involve working throughout our estates within South West Wales. Our head office and the base location for this role is Swansea.
• Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days
• 26 days holiday, plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service
• Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks  
• Paternity Leave: 3 weeks 

Money and Pensions 

• The salary is £26,208 for a 40 hour full time permanent position
• Pension Choices: Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%. Or, Defined Benefit (DB) 1/80th of final salary for every year of service. 
• Uniform provided.
• For this role you will require a Basic DBS, which we pay for
• 3 x Life Cover linked to pension membership

As a Mobile Cleaner, you play a vital role in ensuring that cleaning services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard across various locations, including communal facilities, and commercial premises around West Wales. You'll contribute to Pobl Group's mission of providing services that people want and value. What skills and experience do you need? We are looking for individuals that have practical experience in cleaning, including industrial and public services and a knack for maintaining top- notch cleanliness standards and ensuring safe use of cleaning materials and equipment. Someone with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is key, as is holding a valid Full Driving Licence. A work van is provided. Knowledge of Health and Safety and familiarity with COSHH are important, as is basic IT, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Our values are positive, connected and considerate.
