The role

We are hiring for a motivated and adaptable medical writer to play a leading role in the development of our next-generation training activities for life sciences. You will have the opportunity to work on the development of AI first learning content, with the opportunity to grow your career while contributing to initiatives that truly make an impact. No prior technical or AI experience is required, however the ideal candidate must be adaptable, naturally inquisitive and able to learn new concepts quickly. We’re looking for an authentic team player with experience in transforming complex scientific information into engaging, creative interactive experiences, maintaining the highest quality and accuracy. A detail-oriented individual who obtains satisfaction in completing accurate work, comfortable in deadline-driven & dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop engaging training content, aligned with client goals with the highest clinical and regulatory standards including day to day execution via creation workflows including relevant technologies
• Maintain a high quality bar with all solutions, including learning objectives and outcome measures
• Ability to quickly upskill in new disease areas, use cases, and maintain up-to-date knowledge
• Project manage implementations end-to-end with large clients
• Collaborate with team members and clients on brief development including ideation, planning and execution (producing clear and impactful presentation documents) 

Requirements

• At least 1+ years experience as a medical writer/editor or similar for a medical communications agency, tech company or similar
• Degree in a medical or science-related specialty nice to have (MD/MBChB,, PharmD, RN, NP, PA, PhD), or a Bachelor of Science degree with relevant work experience
• Experience working with life sciences / healthcare organisations
• Project management experience preferred
• Growth mindset, technically proficient & analytical with ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
