A leading legal and professional services business is looking to appoint an experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer to join its growing Commercial Services team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a varied IP caseload while playing a key role in the growth and development of a highly regarded legal practice. The successful candidate will advise a broad client base on complex intellectual property matters, support junior team members, and contribute to the strategic development of the wider commercial offering.

The Opportunity

You will advise clients across a range of sectors on:

• Intellectual property strategy and protection
• Licensing and commercialisation agreements
• Trade mark, copyright and brand protection matters
• IP-related disputes and enforcement
• Commercial contracts with an IP focus
• Risk management and compliance issues

Alongside client work, you will have the opportunity to influence team growth, support business development initiatives, contribute thought leadership content, and help shape new service offerings.

About You

You will be:

• A qualified solicitor with strong experience in Intellectual Property law
• Technically strong across both contentious and non-contentious IP matters
• Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
• Comfortable managing complex matters autonomously
• Interested in mentoring and developing junior colleagues
• Motivated by working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
