💥 Account Manager / Senior Account Manager💥 Freelance / FTC – 3 months (potential to go perm)💥 Creative Agency💥 Leeds – Hybrid (2–3 days in the office)ThePlaceToBe are delighted to be working with a leading integrated creative agency in Leeds, renowned for shaping and delivering retail and brand activation campaigns for an exciting mix of fashion, lifestyle, retail, and FMCG brands. Known for strong client partnerships and collaborative delivery, they create integrated work spanning brand, design, retail toolkits, activations, and campaign rollouts.

About the role…

As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted client partner, leading day-to-day relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.

You’ll shape and interpret retail-focused briefs, develop impactful retail toolkits, and provide clear direction to studio teams working collaboratively across creative, production, and project management to deliver high-quality integrated campaigns.

What you’ll be doing day to day…

  • Managing and nurturing client relationships as the primary day-to-day contact
  • Shaping and translating retail and brand activation briefs into clear internal direction
  • Developing and rolling out retail toolkits and activation guidelines
  • Briefing and collaborating with creative, studio, and production teams
  • Overseeing timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure smooth, profitable delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add commercial value

About you…

This role suits a confident Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys balancing strong client relationships with hands-on project leadership across retail and activation-led work.

What we’re looking for…

  • Experience within an integrated, retail, or brand activation agency
  • Strong background delivering retail and activation campaigns, including toolkit development
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, scope, and growth opportunities
  • Skilled at translating client needs into clear, actionable creative briefs
  • A collaborative approach and ability to build lasting client and internal relationships
