The role
We are seeking a high impact Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business acquisition across the UK and broader European region. This role is ideal for an experienced, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in building and scaling revenue motions across complex scientific markets.
As a key member of the Sales Team, you will own new business sales, refine and execute GTM strategy into named midmarket and enterprise accounts, and help shape the playbook. This is complex multi-stakeholder mid-market and enterprise selling. You’ll collaborate closely with the CRO, CEO, VP-Business Development US and cross-functional stakeholders across product, operations, and customer success.
This role is central to accelerating MyAmici’s next phase of growth.
What you’ll be doing?New Business Leadership
- Own full cycle new business sales for European midmarket and enterprise accounts.
- Build, qualify, and manage a strong outbound + inbound pipeline, supported by BDR.
- Lead world‑class discovery with R&D, procurement, operations, and finance stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling demos, solution designs, ROI narratives, and business cases.
- Consistently close high value deals.
GTM Strategy & Market Expansion
- Refine the UK/EU ICP and shape segment specific value propositions.
- Create and optimise messaging, playbooks, outreach sequences, and sales workflows.
- Identify vertical and geographic expansion opportunities within the UK and Europe.
- Build strong networks across biotech, MedTech, pharma, and scientific institutions.
- Inform competitive positioning and battlecards for the region.
Customer & Product Partnership
- Collaborate with product and operations to bring customer insights directly into roadmap decisions.
- Co-develop ROI frameworks and commercial proposals tailored to scientific and operational buyers.
- Partner with Customer Success and Operations on handovers, onboarding, and early expansion.
- Represent MyAmici at conferences, industry events, and leadership forums.
- Operate with autonomy while driving high accountability, experimentation, and iteration.
What we are looking for?
- 5-10+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience (ideally within lab operations, procurement, LIMS/ELN, lab automation, or scientific software).
- Proven track record closing mid‑market and enterprise deals
- Experience selling into biotech, MedTech, pharma, CROs, CDMOs, or research focused organisations.
- Demonstrated success operating in dynamic, ambiguous, high growth environments.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive level presence.
- A builder’s mindset—comfortable creating structure, iterating quickly, and owning outcomes.
- Strong values around empathy, customer alignment, and trust-based selling.
- Experience as an early sales hire or in developing regional GTM foundations is a significant plus.
