Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex We give you a world of potential We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Client Manager to support the Client Manager in delivering proactive account support, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the effective management and growth of our client portfolio. A role you will love The Assistant Client Manager supports the Client Manager in the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring effective coordination and communication to support the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The role includes assisting with the preparation and coordination of client meetings, managing documentation, responding to client enquiries, and supporting the ongoing development of strong client relationships. The position also involves facilitating communication and supporting clients in understanding relevant processes and the range of services provided. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Manager in the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring efficient coordination of internal and external activities.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of client meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and following up on action points.
- Manage and maintain client documentation, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Handle client enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Support the preparation of client reports, presentations, and communications.
- Keep client data updated in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and quality of information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proper delivery of services and adherence to deadlines.
- Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication and high service standards.
- Support the Client Manager by attending shareholder meetings with them.

Other Key Skills You Will Bring To The Role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level qualification or significant work experience.
- Experience supporting client management within a commercial organisation, ideally with exposure to international or multi-location teams.
- Proven ability to assist in the management of client accounts, supporting retention, service delivery, and the development of strong client relationships.
- Experience working effectively with senior colleagues and teams across multiple locations and time zones, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Strong communication skills, including drafting client correspondence, preparing meeting materials, and supporting presentations.
- Ability to facilitate clear and timely communication between clients, the Client Manager, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective follow-up.
