Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Manager located in Birmingham. The Inventory Manager will oversee inventory control processes, implement strategies to optimise inventory levels, and ensure accuracy and efficiency across all inventory operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, analyzing inventory data, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely replenishment of materials for production. Additionally, the role involves maintaining close collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs while maintaining high standards of organization and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Inventory Management and Inventory Control practices, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, optimizing inventory levels, and improving processes
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with suppliers, team members, and clients
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and related software tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth inventory operations
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
