Job Title: Paid Media Lead
Location: Leeds, Hybrid (following a 6 month probationary period)
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum (based on experience)

The Role:
This is a senior, insight-led role leading strategy and delivery across PPC and paid social for a portfolio of e-commerce and lead generation clients in both B2C and B2B. You will report to the Head of Marketing, line-manage a small paid team, and stay hands-on where it counts. You will own performance, shape best practice and turn data into commercial wins.
You must be competent with:
- 5+ years in paid media, ideally agency side, managing multi-channel budgets and delivering against ROAS or CPA targets.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads across Search, Shopping or Performance Max, Display and YouTube, plus Microsoft Advertising. Strong working knowledge of Meta.
- Proven success in both e-commerce and lead generation.
- Understands GA4 and GTM capabilities to brief requirements and collaborate with our data specialist. Confident verifying in ads platforms that the correct conversions, audiences and attribution are used for optimisation.
- Strong keyword and audience strategy, creative testing and landing-page collaboration. Comfortable with first-party data and offline conversion uploads.
- Proven experience leading high-level client meetings and QBRs, presenting to senior stakeholders or C-suite, with strong facilitation and objection handling.
- Team leadership, including goal setting, coaching, workload planning and quality control.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
And ideally:
- Experience with Search Ads 360 or another bid-management platform, not essential.
- Experience with feed management tools such as Channable or DataFeedWatch.
- Experience importing offline conversions and using enhanced conversions.
- Comfortable briefing analysts on deeper data pulls and interpreting their outputs.
