Senior National Account Manager – Top 4 GroceryGlobal FMCG CompanyHybrid (2-3 days South West London)60K-70K + bonus + bonus, plus benefits - full package

We’re partnering with one of the world’s most respected FMCG groups to find a Senior National Account Manager to lead one of their biggest UK grocery accounts.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role in a business that’s known for developing future leaders. You’ll be owning the commercial agenda with a Top 4 grocer, working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain and global teams, and making a real strategic difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and lead a major Top 4 UK grocery retail account (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrisons)
  • Deliver growth across revenue, margin and market share
  • Manage the full P&L and develop compelling customer strategies
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain)
  • Present to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions at UK and global level
  • Be a visible leader and role model within the commercial team

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid FMCG commercial background — ideally in NAM/SNAM roles
  • Experience managing Top 4 grocery retailers
  • Confident P&L owner with strong commercial acumen
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Gravitas, ambition, and a collaborative style
  • A background in buying (retail side) could also be a great fit
