To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Technical Site Services Representative (m/f/d)

full-time employment for the South West and Southern East regions.

Your tasks

  • Work with area sales managers to provide timely updates on upcoming projects and ensure maximum engagement for all parties involved
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to the fibre cement Residential sales team as required.
  • Prestart meetings, detailing and checking of drawings
  • Toolbox talks and installation training, on-site and at our training facility
  • Offer technical support during the build programme
  • Site audits - Carry out regular install audit and report back to developer's head office
  • Installation and construction of customer displays to help promote our products with our dealer network
  • Investigate product and installation failures. Reporting back to the business based on your findings
  • Assist the technical team with product testing and development to improve and grow our offering to the market
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with all key decision makers and contacts in the facade construction industry, with a focus on building a portfolio of contractors and developers working in this segment
  • Maintaining CRM system (salesforce) for records and tracking

You are...

  • smart? You have several years of experience in the construction industry, ideally with a network in the facade industry.
  • driven? Standing still is a foreign word for you. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments. Additionally, you are proactive, agile, focused and very reactive. You’ve got a highly motivated mindset as well as the ability to set the right priorities quickly – and also adjust them.
  • real? You have strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to cooperate well with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals – always in a team-oriented and collaborative way.
