Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients to drive sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls, managing client accounts, providing product training, and consulting on insurance needs. This is a hybrid role based in Greater London, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and managing client accounts
- Knowledge in Insurance and consulting on insurance products
- Experience in Training clients on products and services
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the retail or branding industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
