**About the Role**

As Partnership and Project Manager, you will:

*   Develop and manage TVA input supporting partnerships across the voluntary, community, and public sectors.
*   Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of projects to ensure they meet objectives and achieve real outcomes.
*   Coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
*   Support community engagement initiatives, including participatory budgeting programmes.
*   Represent TVA at meetings, networks, and events which bring partners together – including some deputising for the CEO

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who is:

·       Educated to GCSE level (essential), with a degree or equivalent in Community Development, Regeneration, Marketing, Project Management, or relevant experience (desirable).

·       Experienced in community and public engagement (desirable).

·       Knowledgeable about community resilience, the Connecting Torfaen Network, and Torfaen’s Community Approach (essential).

·       A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse groups.

·       Skilled in project management, including planning, budgeting, and evaluation (essential).

·       Experience in working across different organisations to achieve partnership goals (desirable)

·       Passionate about making a difference in the community and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements. **Job Description/Preferred Qualifications** This role will be based in Celtic Lakes. Our new 237,000-square-foot Newport facility provides additional production and customer collaboration spaces, including 25,000 square feet of R&D clean rooms, 35,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing space and tool demo areas, all designed to support development of semiconductor process technologies across advanced packaging, power devices, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), radio frequency (RF) and photonics sector technology. This role will be responsible for driving specific programs for operational and process improvement initiatives within the GWS organization. **Responsibilities:**

*   Identify and implement process improvements with a critical focus on “Key performance indicators”, “Internal Risk Assessment programs” and “Data” (both integrity of and analysis”,
*   Support key internal partners and some wider KLA business groups (Facilities Global Engineering, IT and Software and Field Service organisation).
*   Drive the design and implementation of new business processes with organizational context and priorities in mind.
*   Monitor, measure, and analyse the efficiency of new initiatives and processes, adjusting as needed.
*   Work closely with operational leaders and other teams to find opportunities for process enhancements.
*   Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes and how to identify improvement opportunities.
*   Develop and implement further operational excellence improvement programs.
*   Lead cross-functional project teams to drive process improvements.
*   Establish and support key performance metrics and dashboards for monitoring operational performance.
*   Assist in facilitating organisational change by leading and supporting operational and global initiatives within GWS.
*   Support internal GWS process development (with focus on standardisation, compliance, regulations, and operational & business standards (including ISO and equivalent).

**Skills:**

*   Proven experience in operations management and a keen understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
*   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

GWS Operational Excellence Program Support Lead

Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) is a region of Mott MacDonald group that brings together the design capability of Mott MacDonald and the construction expertise of JN Bentley to deliver award winning projects. We have secured a new framework with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water that will last up to eight years, this will see MMB tackle projects across the DCC region covering both clean and wastewater treatment sites, as well as below ground assets, reservoirs and nature-based solutions. After securing our first framework with DCC at the beginning of AMP6, our presence in Wales has grown significantly, directly employing over 270 colleagues in the country across all roles, from frontline construction to design and management positions. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be accountable for the process design of a programme of water industry non-infrastructure projects through the outline and detailed design stages and offer construction/commissioning support during delivery. *   Lead development of process design process deliverables such as process models, mass balances, control philosophies.
*   Provide technical assurance of process designs undertaken by others and ensure the design complies with Client standards and industry best practices.
*   Identify opportunities for innovation to meet whole-life cost and net-zero drivers.
*   Analyse site performance and identify risks that may impact project delivery. Develop mitigation to avoid negative impacts or exploit opportunities.
*   Challenge the process selection and delivery effectiveness of initial solutions to ensure we always offer our clients the best value solutions.
*   Supporting the development of other process engineers, coaching and mentoring junior engineers to develop their skill set and identifying the correct resource for the projects.
*   Be able to appropriately challenge Client specifications and present and defend solutions to complex problems
*   Able to actively seek input from other engineers, specialists, client and project team members to improve understanding and deliver fit for purpose solutions.

**What You Can Offer**

*   Chemical Engineering or relevant Process Engineering related degree, preferably chartered.
*   Experience and understanding of water and/or wastewater unit processes and treatment plant, with experience of delivering process design for wastewater projects.

Senior Process Engineer

We are looking for a proactive Environmental Consultant who will be part of our environment team co-located across the UK, supporting a regional team comprised of both design and operation staff. **As Environmental Consultant, You Will**

*   Identify specific environmental risks throughout the project lifecycle, from solution definition to completion.
*   Support projects teams to develop environmental risk mitigation measures, with consideration of cost, time, compliance, safety and social impacts.
*   Identify, plan and coordinate project environmental specialist inputs (e.g. heritage and archaeology, ecology, geomorphology), to ensure that all environmental tasks are completed at the correct time and to the required standards, including prioritising risks.
*   Able to produce specific environmental deliverables at appropriate project milestones e.g. EIA screening assessments, material management plans, and environmental management plans.
*   Able to produce applications for environmental permits and consents.
*   Lead on the liaison with environmental regulators.
*   Positively engage with our clients regarding environmental and consenting matters, develop relationships and enhance our reputation.
*   Contribute to environmental improvement projects at both local and regional level.
*   Assist in the production and delivery of training.

*   Chartered with a relevant professional body or actively working towards chartership
*   An understanding of environmental disciplines and project risks in the following areas: ecology, archaeology, drainage, geotechnical, contaminated land, landscape, noise. More in-depth knowledge and experience in one of these subject areas is desirable.
*   Awareness of the planning process (preferably the water sector), including the need for surveys as well as permits and consents for relevant construction activities.
*   Able to coordinate the management of environmental aspects through a high level of planning, organisation, and communication, to ensure successful project outcomes.
*   Experience in advising and promoting on project sustainability initiatives, including an understanding of biodiversity net gain.

The role would be based in our office in Newport (South Wales) or near St Asaph (North Wales), however MMB are an adopter of agile working.
