Internally, the Senior Revenue Accountant will work cross-functionally with **Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales,** serving as a subject matter expert on revenue-related matters and guiding them on appropriate treatment for complex deals and contract terms. This role directly contributes to team OKRs around:

*   **Improved contract review turnaround times**

*   **Strengthening internal controls and audit readiness**

The ideal candidate will bring solid accounting experience, keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** 

*   Assist in monthly revenue accounting close activities by preparing journal entries and performing key account reconciliations, including those related to revenue, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables.
*   Assist with revenue reporting and analysis by monitoring customer usage.
*   Review standard and non-standard contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition under U.S. GAAP, ensuring the company is compliant with revenue recognition principles under ASC 606.
*   Assist in the order to cash process, reviewing submitted sales orders in our accounting system to ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance.
*   Manage and maintain Net Suite ARM to ensure accurate and compliant revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, data validation, reconciliation processes, data flows.
*   Work cross functionally within the organization to drive automation efforts to streamline accounting operations related to revenue accounting and improve the quality of monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
*   Work directly with our sales, customer success, revenue operations, and FP&A teams to obtain needed data and reporting to support monthly revenue entries.
*   Develop, maintain, and continuously improve internal process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and operational efficiency across teams.
*   Perform special technical projects, analysis, and ad hoc reporting.
*   Play a key role throughout the company financial audit, preparing & reviewing revenue related schedules for external auditors.

**QualificationsRequirements:**

*   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or  ACCA/CIMA qualified or progress toward certification strongly preferred.
*   Minimum  3  years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in SaaS revenue accounting with a focus on ASC 606 (desirable not but not essential).
*   Proficiency with ERP and revenue tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, CPQ).
*   Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
*   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*   A collaborative mindset and willingness to support both strategic and hands-on work.
