Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and reliable Cleaning Team Members to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across a variety of residential homes, Airbnb properties and commercial premises. Every property should be left to our company standard, ensuring clients receive a consistently outstanding experience.

This is a flexible, part-time role requiring travel between client properties throughout the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services in accordance with company standards.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and communal spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitise and disinfect all required surfaces.
• Complete property changeovers for Airbnb and short-term rental properties.
• Report maintenance issues or property damage where identified.
• Follow company procedures, health & safety guidelines and risk assessments.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and the management team.
• Manage your workload efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Represent The Clean House Group professionally at all times.
