About The Role As part of the HSE Team, the HSE Advisor will;

  • Drive Health, Safety and Environmental improvements specifically within our EV department.
  • Be a champion for our OneSafeDrax vision and work to monitor HSE performance and implement risk & compliance controls across our EV sites
  • Support the delivery of innovative HSE programmes and improvements to achieve compliance and manage risk on our construction projects across the UK.
  • Be pragmatic in your approach and develop practical and logical solutions that will embed effectively.

Who We’re Looking For To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have…

  • A HSE qualification i.e. NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
  • A good understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
  • A willingness to travel is a must
  • A well-organised and agile approach, able to adapt to the changing needs of a newly integrated and growing business
  • Strong communication skills, and able to advise all levels of the business effectively.
